This notice explains what our website stores in your browser, and why. In short: no advertising cookies, no analytics and no tracking. That's why there's no cookie banner.
Why there's no cookie banner
UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) says a website must ask before it stores or reads anything on your device, unless it's strictly necessary for something you've asked for, or to keep the site secure. Everything listed below falls into that group, so we don't need to ask. We still want you to know what it is.

What we don't use
- No analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and no tracking pixels.
- Our fonts and images come from our own website, not from outside services.
- Our forms send what you type to Web3Forms, which emails it to us. Sending a form doesn't store anything in your browser. Our privacy policy explains what happens to it.
When you pay
You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page (buy.stripe.com), not on our website. Stripe sets its own cookies there, including to stop fraud. They're covered by Stripe's cookie policy.
Other websites
If you follow a link from our site to another one, such as Instagram, that site's own cookies policy applies.
How to control what's stored
You can block or delete cookies and stored site data in your browser's settings. Our website still works if you do. A trainer's code from a link won't be remembered, so type it in at checkout instead.
Changes
If we ever want to use analytics or any other cookies that need your agreement, we'll ask you first and update this notice.
